AUSTRALIAN NATIONAL BAND CHAMPIONSHIPS 2008

The CCBB has just returned from the Nationals and are thrilled to have achieved 2nd Place in the Parade of Bands. (Equal first on total points.) Thanks to Barrie Hill, our Acting Drum Major, who prepared the band in a very short time.

A creditable result was also achieved in the Stage Contest, with the band placing 12th of 15 bands from throughout Australia and New Zealand. Congratulations to all who participated, and thanks also to Musical Director, Andrew Sutherland. On now to Nationals 2010 in Tasmania......
